Logging into the Admin Console

The Admin Console is where you would login to control various aspects of your website, such as contents and features, and also to access various communication related functions.

Your login details would have been provided to you when your website launched. If you don’t have this information, please contact us.
Go to Admin Console

 

This is what the login form looks like:

You will need to enter your website name (e.g. mybusiness.com.au) and your password which would have been given to you when your website was launched.

Once you have logged in, you will see your Dashboard, with a snapshot of various information about your website.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your Admin Console password, click the “Lost your password?” link below the login form to reveal the password retrieval form where you can supply your website name (e.g. mybusiness.com.au). Submitting the password retrieval form will send the Admin Console password to the email address registered for your account.
